Conn Creek is a great place to come to taste wine. Knowledgable staff and a great selection of wine makes this a place to stop when visiting Napa.

John at Conn Creek welcomed our vacation group at the front door with a glass taste and took us to the AVA room to do our blending. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The blending experience was GREAT. We learned a ton, then and blended our own bottle!
Great time with friends at Conn Creek!!

Conn Creek was our first stop on our first visit to Napa. After reading other reviews, we signed up for the blending experience where you blend your own bottle of wine from 15 varieties of cabernet sauvignon and the traditional blending wines (malbec, petit verdot, cab franc, etc.). This was so much fun and we learned quite a bit about the differences in terrior and its effect on the wine. The tastingblending experience is unrushed and we enjoyed interacting with our host and fellow blenders as they tasted, blended, tasted again and finally produced what each of us was convinced was the next great wine. Sadly Robert Parker was not on hand to rate our final results. We tasted one of our bottles with friends a couple of months later and it was actually quite good - proving that when you start with great wine, it is hard to mess it up!

Big California Cabs are found here! Conn Creek obtains grape from almost every sub-appellation in Napa. Great Bordeaux style wines and great wine club too!

The staff were friendly and knowledgable. They walked us through all the wines and explained not only where the grapes were grown, but what to look for when we tasted the wine.
I am not a big white wine fan, but their sauvignon blanc is to die for. We walked out of the winery with half a case of wine. Certainly not what we were planning on. Can't wait to return and take one of their classes.
