This was our last stop on our day tour of Napa wineries. Although we didn't have very much time here, we were able to squeeze in a quick tasting and enjoyed a couple of samples. The gal helping us was very knowledgeable and worked very hard (in her words) to "figure me out" as far as what I liked and didn't like. We did find one that I liked and we arranged to have it shipped home. The store was very fun and had a lot of great things for purchase. The grounds were immaculate and although we didn't have time to enjoy them for long, it would be a fun stop to make in the future.

Why did my wife wait until we were on our way to the airport to try this place (not my idea, I like getting there 2-3 hours early to be safe). First, property is beautiful. Old buildings and garden made for an awesome ambiance. Second, you get to try everything there. It took us 25 minutes to get to the wine tasting counter cause we were trying every oil, spread, meat, and cheese we were greeted with. We had a great wine guide from Italy who introduced us to a great spread of wines. Even put out two tastings a time to "compete" with which one we liked the most. Overall a great experience, only wish we weren't doing it on the way to the airport.
