We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed it. The grounds and buildings are very pretty and create a great ambiance of napa valley. We stayed in the Vineyard Spa room and well worth the upgrade. Having your own private spa on the deck overlooking the vineyard was really nice after a day out wine tasting and touring. The room was very clean and bathroom was modern. The breakfast was good and reasonable. The pool was heated and relaxing. Upon arrival I met Hector the door/valet and knew I made the right choice. He was so friendly and helpful and really had a passion for the area and vineyards. The entire staff seemed happy and helpful. The location is perfect and central to visiting all of Napa with great restaurants very close by. Overall a wonderful experience and will be my top choice when visiting wine country going forward. A true example of a great run resort.

No one was attentive and we were mistly ignored. At our first restaurant experience the waiter accidently spilled a sprite all over me ( accidents happen) never apologized once. We did also eat dinner in the patio one night while sat, once again ignored while both tables that sat after us were greated with champagne as we sat waiting for service. Wow The food was good. But thatsabout it.
Concierge? Well we tried to get local “ things to do, places to eat” completely brushed off with “ im not sure...” answers. There was one very cheerful younger blond guy that smiled and was nice. Otherwise thumbs down for sure.
The room were rustic and not as spacious as we anticipated. Kinda nice but certainly needed a deep clean with spider webs and dust throughout. The pool was ckearly unattended to frequently and hadnt been skimmed in days. We made the best of it andckearly ventured out as much as we could. Its a shame with such a lovelypiece of property, excellent location. Harvest in could be so much more if details were attended to!
We will stay somewhere else next year.

Hello Servicebasics,

As your name implies, we are constantly focusing on our basic blocking and tackling with our service fundamentals. Showing genuine care and concern for our guest is at the top of this list of things we work hard to do. After 45 years in the business, our team knows that our future is never secure but want to go above and beyond.

Safe travels in the future and hope we can welcome you back again,

No Hot water at the bathroom sinks! I unfortunately had to shave on Saturday morning without hot water. TG at least the shower had hot water. Reported the issue to Customer Service and returned later in the evening to find no note or any indication the matter had been addressed and resolved. I ran the water for a minute or two before eventually receiving 'lukewarm' water, but certainly not hot! Therefore the next morning shave was with lukewarm water….. So, the issue had not really been resolved.

When I entered my suite upon arrival, I was greeted with noticeable amount of food crumbs on the carpet….had the suite been cleaned? Called Customer Service to resolve while I went out to meet friends.

There is an issue with the amount of sound emanating from the HVAC system…. the system fan/s are overtly noisy! Given the state of the industry, this annoyance is unacceptable in a resort, or destination hotel such as this! I resorted to turning the complete system off and opening the door on to the patio. A destination hotel at this level…or desired level…or price point…the HVAC system should be felt… not heard!

All staff members encountered were professional, polite and gracious. Some of the staff were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations.

The grounds and pool are fantastic....surround by trees and flora.

Great location!

We wanted a quick, local (within 2 hrs drive) getaway to unwind for a couple of days, and still keep the kids (4,7) entertained. The Harvest was perfect with a lovely pool, large room, and nice grounds/vineyard to explore. Amazing how quiet it was so close to the main road. Restaurant and service was great. Only 15 minute drive to Yountville Park and shops for snacks/coffee etc.

We stayed for 1 night which is unusual for Napa in the summer to find a room without a 2 night minimum. Big clean comfortable room. Complimentary tasting at Hall Wines when you show your room key and a hotel cat that took us to dinner and picked us up was unexpected and a bonus. The breakfast was a little disappointing. But we will visit again.

CCMCR,

You called out some of the great little things about our property, the complimentary towncar service, the heart of Napa Valley location, the great relationships we have built with our partners who welcome our guests are but a few. We look forward to welcoming you back and continuing to earn your trust as your home in the wine country!
