Breakfast was very "weak". Not enought items to choose from. Hardly any effort was made for put out, compared to other places we've stayed at.Breakfast was removed promptly at 9:00am! Riduculous; I don't know any hotel to dismantle that early; 10:00am is the usual time. Refurbished rooms: that was a joke. No where to plug in cell phones for recharging. Could not get to any outlets. No access to a business office with computers! They need to establish a room with equipment. Luggage cart should be thrown in the trash and get one that works with ease. Had to close hallway windows because of traffic noise.
Stayed here at the backend of my trip with the family March 2013.
We needed a place to stay at in the Sacramento area after coming from South Lake Tahoe due to an early morning flight and decided to choose a Super 8 Motel as oppose to a Motel 6.
This is a great place to stay at. The front desk representative was very helpful and quick to put us in a room. The room we chose was a double bed on the first floor. The room was clean, comfortable, and updated! We had more than enough towels to take care of the four of us.
The property itself was clean and well taken care of. The location might be suspect for those of you who worry about crime. Its not in the best location but it is right off of the highway so access to it is easy. The motel sits behind a small strip mall and a bar/nightclub. So late at night you might want to stay inside. There is an overnight security guard that walks the premises so that is a good thing to help customers feel a little safe.
I can't say anything about their breakfast as we departed early in the morning.
Overall, I would stay at this place again as I have a friend that lives right up the street from this location. I would recommend this place to family and friends and others who might need to get away.
