Very good Mexican food. Enjoyed the high ceilings and artwork. Happy Hour menu is very reasonable and extensive. Their guacamole is a meal in itself! This is a very popular place with patrons of all ages, and the staff handles it well. Servings are generous and well-displayed. Very gracious wait-staff.

Went to Zocalo in Roseville for luncn and it was a great experience. Drinks were good. Salsa and chips were very good. The food was excellent and service was excellent. Great place for lunch when shopping at the mall. Would make a nice place for a date with a friend, nice atmosphere and beautiful interior. Would go again. Have recommend this place to my friends.

This has to be some of the best Mexican food outside of Mexico we have ever had. (Sorry El Taco Loco, we still love you). The restaurant itself is an old car dealership that has been renovated that produces a great atmosphere with huge ceilings and impressive decorations. The service was good. You are greeted and waited on in a timely manner, but not annoyed. The margaritas are great; a perfect mix of fresh lime juice and tequila will have you relaxed and ready for the delicious food. They constantly switch out your cold chips and salsa for a fresh in-house made replacement every 15 minutes or so. The Baja fish tacos: banging!! Wonderful and full of flavor. Best we have ever had.

This is my second visit, but a first for my wife. This place is hopefully a stop every time we come back to Sacramento.

Brunch was terrible and way over priced!!

$10-12 margaritas filled with ice in low ball glasses. Would take 5-6 to feel a buzz. Not worth it.

Street tacos are ok. But your better off trying a different spot for quality food.

If you want a scene over tasty food then this is the spot for you.

We went to Zocalo for a pre-Christmas get together. Everyone thought their food was great (so there is no one item you need to order to be pleased), the service was unsurpassed, and the surprises of guacamole and corn muffins along with chips and salsa prior to the meal added to the festive feel. Their blackberry margarita was excellent. We hadn't been there is some time and ratings for downtown Sacramento restaurants were not impressive, but Zocalo was as good as the first time I ever ate there. A wonderful, and tasty surprise.
