Yes, it's part of a chain of Chinese bistros, and it may not necessarily appeal to those demanding absolutely authentic Chinese cuisine, but PF Chang offers an enjoyable dining experience. The six of us were promptly seated at 7 PM, the time of our reservation, at a round table per our request. Bryan, our server was friendly and helpful with questions about the numerous menu items, and he had plenty of back-up in terms of getting extra ice for drinks, filling water glasses, etc. For $9, you get a very generous pour for their specialty beverages. The appetizers were superb and included BBQ spare ribs, chicken lettuce cups, and warm edamame, served with kosher salt. We thought the Peking duck wraps were just fair, prepared vegetarian style, rather than in dough. The shaking beef, spicy eggplant, and a cucumber dish were very good, and the prawns in lobster sauce was remarkably good. At $50 per couple, including drinks and 20% gratuity, we all agreed the meal was a fair value. Would recommend, and we will definitely come back.
