This was my second visit to 58 Degrees. The first time I went on wine-tasting night. The samples were wonderful and went well with our entrees. This trip was not on wine tasting night, but the place was packed anyway. The new spring menu is varied and very reasonably priced. I had the game hens prepared 3 ways. It was so plentiful, I took half of it home. My son had the bay scallops. They were tender and delicious. The wine pairings went very well with our entrees. My only regret - that I didn't save room for dessert. The handsome gentleman behind the bar was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about all of the menu items and wines available.
