We went on a Sunday afternoon for a stroll with friends through Old Sacramento. It was an interesting walk, despite 95 degree temperatures. There are a large contingent of homeless men and women in the area, so do not be alarmed. There were various street performers and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Some good photography opportunities along the riverfront for those so inclined.
