We were attracted to the idea of an olive oil tasting as something out of the ordinary and we weren't disappointed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. We started out with a short walk to the grove and then a tour of the processing area. It was fascinating to learn about the growing process and then the harvesting process. Then the tasting was very interesting and well done. It is a good amount of food and we learned a great deal about olives and olive oil.
