Description: One of the first great Wine Country establishments, the Michelin rated Restaurant at Auberge du Soleil pays tribute to its legacy with an award-winning menu and wine list. Executive Chef Robert Curry’s inspired cuisine reflects the natural diversity and rich ingredients of California’s Napa Valley and draws from regional produce, accented with Mediterranean flavors. Wine Director Kris Margerum’s wine list, the largest and most extensive in the valley, showcases the very best from neighboring vineyards.

“True destination spot”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 24, 2012 via mobile

Wife and I went for our 20th Anniv. Really a spectacular place. Setting, food, service, all very special. Not very large so feels intimate. Very informal and laid back, staff are there to make you happy. We got upgraded to a suite and also borrowed their rocket of a Mercedes for a few hours. Super expensive but worth it for special occasion. If you don't want to break the bank stop by bistro for terrific views and ambience.

“Solid choice but weather is key!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 19, 2012

My experience here was not as great as I had hoped simply b/c it was dark and dreary out and the balcony - which I was told is the HIGHLIGHT of this restaurant - was closed. That being said, the meal was still fantastic albeit incredibly expensive. You have a choice of 3, 4, 5 or 6 courses. The cheapest option is $98 before any beverages. I don't mind paying top dollar for a great meal so this is not a complaint, just information as some people might not be prepared to pay $800 for a party of 4 to eat. The favorites at our table were the risotto, the squab, the bacon wrapped veal and the handmade pasta. The prime beef pave was not as great as expected. If I could have a patio seat for lunch or brunch, I would return. If you are staying in Napa and plan to go when the patio is closed, research closer options with equally impressive menus.

“Auberge For The Ultimate Brunch!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed November 11, 2012

When I have a very special occasion such as a visiting VIP client or a family birthday this is the top choice!
The food is exquisite and the setting is incredible. Serene and classy! Be sure to go on a nice sunny day. If it is cold or rainy pick another spot as the key is the balcony. It books up in advance so plan ahead.

The 3 course prix fixe Sunday brunch is the best value.

My European clients are still talking about it months after their visit. Combine with one or two winery stops or make it a stand alone destination.

Linger and enjoy!

A wonderful place for that special night. The wine list is amazing (and pricey). The food was exceptional. Would not hesitate to go back.
