We were part of a group of family and friends gathering from all over the world. The hotel staff helped us at every turn. From handing out maps to get us all to our afternoon destination to researching doggie day care, the efficient and professional people at the front desk were there for us. Even as we got out of our car, a staff member on his break welcomed us. The woman in charge of sales or marketing made a point to come out from behind the desk to visit with us and offer her help. Everyone seemed relaxed and friendly.. a sure sign of good management.
We especially enjoyed the outstanding breakfast bar with fresh fruit, yogurt, scrambled eggs, divine little pastries, and so much more. The group could mingle in the breakfast room and lobby as we shared memories over the morning coffee. In the evening we appreciated being close to the mall for finding a nice Italian dinner at a quiet outdoor table by a farm fireplace.
The hotel location was easy to find and quiet. Our rooms were immaculately clean and spacious with a couch, desk and pleasant decor.
This lovely hotel did not cost more than what we paid for a motel off the I-5 freeway.
My only caution is that although the dog was welcome, the fee for a pet was very high.
