I have visited The Antique Trove several times, when I lived in Roseville, and each time came away with something. I have been to many antique stores, but I have never been to one that runs like this one. It is essentially a mall, but only for antiques. There are several vendors inside, each with their own rented space, and they display their own items for sale.

This ensures a large variety of merchandise, some of which includes: vintage clothing (mens and women's, many sizes and decades), chinaware, furniture, classic movie, tv and theatre memorabilia (figurines, posters, collectables, old playbills, Disney, Star Wars, Star Trek, John Wayne, Marilyn Monroe, and tons more), glassware, plates, tea sets, bells, jewelry, dolls, classic toys. My mother was able to replace a piece of her wedding china that had broken years before and now she has the complete set again. The odds of finding exactly what you are looking for,or something you did not know you needed are very high.

The staff are very friendly, although because of all the different vendors often can't answer too specific of questions until the owners are in store, which varies depending on the vendor. There sometimes are empty spaces, which can be a little frustrating when browsing, but otherwise entirely good selection. They are also willing to put things on hold for customers. Reasonably priced, though again it varies from vendor to vendor, but the store tries to keep all prices in the same general range so as to keep customers happy. It is an antique store, not a flea market, so prices are nor dirt cheap, they are reasonable for the rare finds the store has to offer. If interested in the past, and looking for an antique store that has more to offer than porcelain and lace, this is a mandatory stop for you. Set aside an hour or two to meander through the store, even if you don't buy anything, it is fun to step back in time and see all the beauty and history in the shop. Don't rush through, you'll miss over half of the finds.

Not the best, but by far the most extensive antique mall around Roseville OR Citrus Heights. Prices are fair to moderate, and you can ask the front desk to call the consigner to see if they will take a lower price. Of course like most treasure hunts, be prepared to go through a lot of 'garage' sale stuff... but by being persistent and we've found some nice things for our home.

Antique Trove is very clean and the Staff friendly and helpful...another plus, is the items sold in each kiosk are displayed so they can be easily reached or if in a glass case, seen. All in all, worth taking a look, you might just find your treasure.

Plan to spend the entire afternoon walking thru rows and rows of antiques and collectibles. Most are at least vintage, others VERY antique, and really only a small amount that I wouldn't even consider vintage. The building is nicely air conditioned, (important on our 100+ deg summer days), restrooms are clean, and there is a small snack bar with seating area to take a break if you need it. This antique mall is very eclectic, and you truly will find SOMETHING you like! The staff is courteous and prompt. Some of the vendors are willing to deal, and others are not. MAKE an offer before you buy, the worst thing they can do is say "NO", right? In this economy, it never hurts to ask.

My fav thing there is the antique furniture. I love French and Victorian styles, and they have enough of both to please me. If you like old jewelry, it's EVERYWHERE! Old clothing too.

My husband and I go about once a month, sometimes just for something to do, but we always manage to come away with a little treasure or two!
