Stayed here for three nights with my six- and eight-year-old daughters. The staff were extremely helpful, providing ideas for activities, and saving warm cookies for us in the evening. The breakfast selection was fabulous, changing the selection of hot entrees every day and with the option of fresh waffles as well. The hotel is very conveniently located near the I80, so although we were visiting family in Roseville, daytrips to Sacramento were very easy. My daughters loved the outdoor saltwater pool and hot tub, while I enjoyed the pretty flower gardens and nice patio furniture. I'd recommend this place to the rest of my family if they ever head that direction!

I was visiting the Sacramento Roseville location on a business training. After an evening of meet and greet, it brought back memories as I entered the lobby and smelled fresh baked cookies. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was more than the standard continental breakfast and the service was exceptional. The next evening Justin hand delivered cookies to my room since they weren't ready when I got in that evening. Hampton Inns will be at the top of my list when traveling in the future.

Room Tip: Everyone I talked to enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the beds.

Green Features: Loved the ease of check in and out. The friendliness was inviting. Especially enjoyed the fresh baked cookies every evening and the choices in the morning for breakfast. Whether you wanted something cold, something hot, or freshly made there were choices.

Yes, Justin is a Rock Star here, as well as the rest of the team. You will find that anyone of us you encounter will go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. No matter what we have to do.

We are glad you liked the breakfast selection. We do offer a wide variety. Also, if you have a special request and you make it the night before, we do our best to provide that the next morning if we have it available.

It is nice to have fresh cookies almost every night. They go like wildfire, fortunately we can always make more or hold some back for you if you are coming in late.

Thank you Kristine Correa and Justin for the best customer service we've ever experienced at a hotel. We arrived late and tired and Justin brought us cookies he had saved. We stayed an extra night because of the weather and had no problems booking for the extra night. Kristine more than resolved our small inconvenience. So much so that I hate to even mention it except to point out how amazing the customer service is at this hotel.

Friendly helpful staff that go out of their way for the guests. Very clean rooms. The lady who over sees breakfast is cheerful and right there if you may need something. Nicely located in Roseville on the border of Rocklin. We have stayed at several surrounding hotels up there including Marriott and Hyatt and hands down this is the best all around.

Room Tip: Request room awat from freeway.

The price and location are very, very good. The hotel has the Most friendly staff. Savanah in the breakfast room is extremely friendly and helpful The food has her personal touch and we enjoyed the breakfast very much.
The rooms are clean, well maintained and the beds are excellent with very good linens. The A/C is a challenge but we discovered that the Fan Only setting worked for us. Cuts the noise from the road and was more comfortable than Heat or Cool.

Room Tip: We like the corner King Suite on the top (4th) floor

We stayed at the Hampton Inn on two different nights during a recent trip to California. We were pleasantly greeted upon our arrival. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and our family was very happy. We had a room with two queen beds and normally when we visit that area we stay at another hotel where the kids have to sleep on a pull out sofa bed. (A very lumpy and uncomfortable one, I might add.) This time everyone got a comfy and clean bed. Perfect!
As for the complimentary breakfast each morning as HHonors member, we were satisfied. We especially enjoyed the make your own waffle.
We would definitely stay here again.

Never ever written a review before, but had to after our experience here. Bear with me.

First, with no fault of the hotel team, there was a slight issue with our reservation when we arrived, but Eric worked with me every step of the way to get it all handled; coming to a resolution that not only got us the rooms we needed (we were traveling with our baby and needed an adjoining room), but at a price that was fair.

Second, each time we passed through the lobby, both Eric and Justin were elated and welcoming, asking us if we needed anything for our stay, offering water bottles, or directions to our destinations. The Ritz doesn't have customer service this good.

Third, and this comes as especially impressive from my standpoint as both husband and father. One day, while I was out with family, my wife, Jessica, went with our baby out to meet other family in the area. Unfortunately, though, our car didn't start and she was stranded. When she came into the lobby from the broken down car, Eric leapt into action, running out to his own car, to use his own jumper cables to help her-- in his suit and everything. So, not only is your team amazing inside, but outside with a stranded guest, as well. It gave me such a sense of real concern and safety while I was away and they couldn't do anything.

Lastly, and my wife and in-laws would probably consider this the most important, each night when we came in, there were no more chocolate chip cookies, but Justin offered to make more for us. In fact, one night, he simply said, "I'll preheat the oven and will bring them up to your room when they're ready." Just awesome. To be able to come down, see him smiling with that little box full of warm cookies, well, there's just nothing more like home than that.

Really though, as a Diamond member, I've been lucky enough to travel to great Hilton properties throughout the country and internationally, and I've never found better service than what we experienced at this hotel for three days. Everyone was kind, welcoming, professional, and supportive. I enjoyed our conversation with TJ at breakfast, the gracious bottles of water from Justin when we'd be heading out for the day, and the incredible handy work of Eric helping with our car troubles. I can't say enough how happy we were.
