Clean, well appointed rooms. Super comfortable beds/linens. Complimentary breakfast a big +. Close to Westfield Galleria Mall. Would stay again Nice pool and jacuzzi. Everyone very friendly and helpful!

Wonderful clean place to stay. Close to everything. It sits right by the freeway and is very easy to locate. The Hotel is very quite for the location. The breakfast staff is so helpful and you get plenty to eat. It's a very easy Hotel to get around and they have anything you might need. Even a frozen dinner for your microwave.

I agree we are blessed to have some of the kindest staff, especially our breakfast servers. We continue to strive to ensurre every guest is provided with a nutritional start by offering our full hot buffet breakfast or our grab and go bags for those early birds.

This hotel is in An odd location . it's located off of a busy road and the only way to access it is through going around to another street and it's annoying and inconvenient ... The rooms could have been cleaner and the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. the rooms have very thin walls and we could here almost everything out next door neighbor was doing from coughing to talkin and watching tv . It got to be very irritating . Also the breakfast is very unedible . The eggs are dry and look like space food. The pastries aren't good enough to give to a dog little lone a human . This hotel was average but I definitely do not think it's the best one in roseville and if it is that is sad !

Thank you for posting your most recent experience with us. We are sad to hear that your stay was not up to our expectations nor yours. Ultimately the reason why we are in hotel business is of course to be hospitable but also with that, provide a place for our travelers a place to relax, rest and rejuvenate.

We sympathize and too wish the hotel was easier to get to since I can understand why this would be an issue. I am sure the builder would have thought about this during construction as well and I am sure due to some "issue" could not create a separate entrance for the hotel.

We have a commitment to our travelers to provide “Friendly Service, Clean Rooms and Comfortable surroundings and if you do not receive this, we do not expect you to pay.” That is our unconditional guarantee. My team and I are here to search and find opportunities to better ourselves and apologize that we did not catch you before you departed. We cannot thank you enough for posting this review. This will give us another opportunity to try to improve. We are already starting to make changes by adding some new and exciting things to our breakfast menu that we hope you might be able to enjoy on your next visit. You have our commitment that we will strive to rectify this issue so that on your return you may be provided with the best we have to offer.

Our family of 4 traveled to this location for a family wedding. I cannot say enough good things for the hotel. It is very family friendly, the place is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN and very conveniently located to a lot of different places right off the highway. The staff was super accommodating and made our trip so pleasant. I wish we could transport this hotel with us wherever we traveled because it was by far the best service and comfortable accommodations. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great hotel in the area.

Don't prepay. If your have a problem and get a refund, you must wait >5 (still waiting) business days.... Hotel was very good (as expected). TV in room was turned on for late nite news (10:00 pm) and was discovered to have "no signal". Technician spent 20 minutes and could not fix. Was too late to change rooms, exchange TV... Reported to front desk in AM, TV was working upon noon time return. Assist GM took one nite off final bill. Since I prepaid, still awaiting Amex refund -- do not prepay....
