It has easy walk up ordering, reasonable prices and varied menu. They will make a reservation for large parties, which has been helpful for birthdays.

Please please please bring back the old mi tortilla. It used to be a quick service seat yourself restaurant, but bow they are seating people after 4 pm and making it more full service. I feel like they are trying too hard to be like an El Torito, as now they serve other alcohol besides beer. I understand a restaurant's gotta make a fee bucks, but just go back to the casual atmosphere and lay off the pretentuons. Maybe that will bring the customers back.

Great Mexican food with reasonable prices. Despite the "fast food" feel of the place, it's not "fast food", it's really great food! And the chips & salsa bar isn't too shabby either!

Mi Tortilla is well-located off the 91 Freeway and is even within walking distance of Downtown offices. Service is usually quick and your limited lunch time can be spent socializing, not waiting. Order food from a cafeteria-style line. Servings are large and I'd advise groups to work together to share some items. The do-it-yourself salsa & chips bar is constantly well-stocked with a variety of mild to 'picante' levels for nearly all tastes.

The decor is more Industrial than Méxicano and lends a bright airish-ness to the premises. Dine alfresco if the weather is good. Be sure to sam- ple the free refills of foamy "Bang" juice drinks. Beer and wine are available.

Their salads are local favorites and their chicken is the "Pollo Loco style", grilled and crisp. Order extra guaca- mole if that's your thing. Bottom line: Good spot for quick, upscale Calif-Mexican food in a very clean facility that's suitable for nearly all tastes.
