Good location. Close to many places to eat. Free breakfast. Not amazing. But it's free.
Room had a bit of an older smell to it. But I always have a candle so isn't bother me. Nice deep pool. Hot tub was under construction. Friendly and helpful staff.

Booked a last minute room to attend the HDRA 250 Race in Ridgecrest. The rate was perfect. The room had all new furniture and everything was super clean. Nice new mattress.

We left SoCal at 6am to make the contingency day for the race. We arrived in Ridgecrest at about 9am. We just stopped by to see if maybe room was ready. Someone had just checked out and they immediately called to get someone to clean it. They said to come back in 30 minutes. That was a great effort on their part to stop what they were doing to accommodate us. Most places would just tell you to come back at 3pm.

Fantastic job. we'll be back here next season.

We stay here on business about once a year. This hotel is convenient, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is a pool, jacuzzi, washer and dryer here. They offer a nice breakfast every morning, including eggs, cereal, toast, waffles and wrapped pastries (that you can take to go for a snack later). There is wifi here, but I use an air card so I never tried it (fyi, Ridgecrest does NOT have fast cable speeds yet). The rooms are clean but very small! If anyone is using the desk, you will have to climb over the bed to get around them. Speaking of the bed, I prefer firmer beds. The bed was slightly soft, but still comfortable. The towels are nice here and not paper thin like some places. The parking is a bit tight and if you get into the parking lot late, you have slim pickings on where to park. The hotel is full of travelers and workmen. Overall, this is a nice little hotel.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the staircase if you like to sleep in past 7am otherwise you will hear ever...

We overnight here on our way to Death Valley. The hotel is popular with travellers or workers who spend a night and go on with their journey so they cater very well to travellers. They start breakfast at 5am for people who need to hit the road early. Complete breakfast includes sausages, eggs, and biscuits. The bread and muffins are individually wrapped so that nobody get their hands on it. (5 star for this). Breakfast ends at 9am weekday or 10am weekends. The staff are friendly too. Internet is working fine but not very fast.

The room was a bit small. It has a king size bed, and a tiny 2x2 feet square desk at the end of the bed and the chair was back against the cabinet where the TV is.The space is really tight (even for a size 2 person like me). I spent 30 mins working on my laptop at the desk and my whole body was aching. The desk was too high and the chair was too low so I was in a clinging position for 30mins. Not good for my posture.

The door has a little gap where the wind can seep in. Not good. Despite the heater was set to 74, the room felt more like 65. Bed was ok. (I like firm mattress so this one was slightly softer but not terrible).

Shower is also very tight. I found it hard to stand and turn without bumping myself to the handle next to the tub. The coffee maker is next to the basin and you can only have one person at a time. It is that tight!

It has a nice, big, and new Samsung TV though. The provide Vaseline lotion - not bad. Tower are thick and sheets are clean. Overall the hotel is clean and they have big celing light so the room is nice and bright except there is no study lamp on the desk. They also have swimming pool, heated spa, coin laundry; and in the room they have clean and relatively new microwave and fridge. There is a big grocery store Stater Bros slightly over one mile away and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Or you can walk to Kristy Family Restaurant next door. I heard it is not bad but I didn't eat there. It is very convenient. The petrol (gas) station, Fastrip, across the hotel is the cheapest along that stretch.

Room Tip: Choose the rooms diagonal to the lobby. Some rooms along side the lobby (next to pool) has door that...

After a full day exploring Death Valley this was a comfortable and clean place to stay. Friendly and helpful check-in. Excellent WiFi access. Relatively quiet considering its location and a good breakfast.
