We have enjoyed dining at Crouching Tiger since re-locating to RWC in 2009. It is our "go to" for flavorful Chinese/Thai dishes. The menu has tremendous variety, and there are still many choices we have not had a chance to try even after dining here for 4 years.
We always enjoy the sesame chicken and combination chow fun, and then try a few other dishes. The variety is such that we frequently can't remember the name of a dish we enjoyed, so it may be a good idea to note what you really like here.
The service is good, but at times it can be crowded, it is an intimate sized room, but tight on space. There are a couple of tables for larger groups, and if they you are seated near these it can be difficult to hear anything. The decor is modern, rather than old school Chinese/Thai, which is very refreshing. Rather than a big smelly fish tank in the space, they have a high-def video of an aquarium. Relaxing without the aroma!
Clearly the quality food, flavors and reputation have become more public. We see more crowds than before, which is great to know their business is sustaining the rough economy, it does make it more challenging to walk-in for a table. Be patient, it is worth the wait!
