Description: Carolyn's Cafe is a cozy Breakfast and Lunch Cafe, ranked the #1 Breakfast Spot in Redlands by Yelp!! We are known for our hearty, delicious breakfasts (Breakfast is served all day!) - But we also serve great sandwiches, salads, burgers, and soups for lunch. Our Signature Item is our Fresh Baked Coffee Cake which is served warm and topped with a generous scoop of whipped butter! We offer To Go orders on all of our food items, including our Coffee Cake. Whole Coffee Cakes are also available to order (requires minimum 24 hours advance notice). And, we have just moved to a larger location with double the seating capacity as our former location! Hope to see you soon!

We just dropped by there for lunch, never heard about the place before.
But to our suprise the food was awsome , tasty and extremely fresh. The staff was courteous and very inviting. My husband ordered a corned beef Ruben sandwich which was to die for and I got fish and chips which was delicious, very very crispy, just the way I like it, and the home made tartar sauce just amped up my dish.
Will definitely visit again

The long wait for a table at this excellent breakfast cafe is good news for the owners, bad news for customers. Used to be able to call ahead and put your name in, they quit doing that. People don't wait in line for bad food or bad service. Once you're seated in this happening cafe, all is well. The service is fast, efficient, and friendly. Known for their decadent cinnamon buns (serves 4 easily!), the cafe also serves wonderful breakfast items, all the usual. The fruit salad is delicious and ripe. Just be prepared to wait--we aren't patient enough to do so anymore. It's pretty noisy during peak hours, with small children in various modes of out-of-control behavior.

Recently tried this cafe for a girls breakfast outing. We had the veggie scramble with no cheese (dairy allergy) and the honey wheat pancakes. Both came out fast and were pipping hot, very fresh. The honey wheat pancakes didn't need much syrup as they already had a sweet, nutty flavor. Our coffee and water glasses were never less than half full and they even brought over extra creamer for my friend (who was so excited to see French vanilla id). Everyone was exceptionally friendly and worked well as a team to take care of all their guests. It was so refreshing to see employees not treating their job like work, but a place to brighten someone's day with a smile. Happy employees = happy customers. We were there early and the cafe was cool and not very busy, but I imagine it would be a little loud once the cafe gets busy. Can't wait to go back and try their famous coffee cafe - it looked amazing!

Used to go there all the time with my late mother in law. We loved everything they made there and especially the home made deserts.
