The beer selection is great - there's something for everyone. The signature Orange Wheat is very light and flavorful for a light beer - it has a nice citrus taste without being sweet and fruity. There are also IPAs, pale ales and some seasonal selections. The location is set in a very unique place - driving through orange groves to reach a rural, small-town airport, with the backdrop of the San Bernardino mountains. Hangar 24 has a great outdoor patio, with lots of space inside as well. Everyone at the brewery is consistently friendly, not just the employees but the patrons, too. The company has grown quickly and positively contributed to the community. I can't say enough good things about Hangar 24 - and I live near Stone Brewery in North San Diego County...

Even if you're not a die-hard beer aficionado, this brewery can be appreciated for what it is - a small but growing hometown business, even utilizing locally grown oranges in some of its brews. We happened to visit on the day of an anniversary celebration - many, many thousands of people were there in a large tent complete with food trucks and live bands. It was hot, dusty, and perfect for enjoying beer. Young, old, and everyone in-between attended and were well-behaved (save for one over-imbiber who police whisked away). They even had limo buses picking up and dropping off visitors on different routes around town as parking was an issue. A total surprise that this big of an event was happening right here in Redlands. There are close to a dozen beers to try and a few that are made seasonally. Looking forward to visiting another time when it's less busy. Bring your own food to enjoy with the beer as there is no food service and limited seating. Such a good-feeling to know that people are still making
home-town brews - and apparently being quite successful.

While I needed more shade while there on Father's Day with my dad and brother, the beer was ice cold, service was wonderfully pleasant and the lines moved quickly. We didn't take the tour this time, as we got caught up in just relaxing with frosty mugs, but that is on our to-do list for next time. I really enjoy the Orange Wheat and Amarrilo beers, but they have other citrus blends as well as dark lagers that are pretty tasty. Check this one out!

Love the beer especially the darker ales. Have brought 6-packs to freinds in Santa MOnica and Orange COunty, very proud that this is a local Redlands business
