The price was fair and I thought I trusted the "Ramada" name but this is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The desk clerk in the evening was on personal calls every time we walked through the lobby. She would get off when needed but it was very unprofessional. We were given a room and took our our bags in. I then noticed the bedside table had debris and gooey marks on it and had obviously not even been wiped. Being Leary, we called and they offered to give us another room. In this room, someone had left food in the microwave. Not wanting to move again, we called and the desk person and they came and cleaned it out. The TV worked but had a permanent line down the middle of it. We went to the family restaurant the clerk recommended and although the food tasted ok, it was also not very clean...definitely not one I would recommend for out of towners. The next morning upon getting out of the shower I noticed there were no bath towels! Some were brought to us. I also had to ask for a blow dryer. The breakfast was meager at best and the last straw was there were no paper towels in the lobby restroom. They did give us an additional $10 off and an excuse and apology when I politely mentioned our less than desirable stay but I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.
