Service is quick and friendly, and they keep your glasses filled. restaurant is clean. Lunch buffet with a small fruit / salad bar and a buffet with about 8 entree choices, hot nan to the table. Food was very good with a good balance of spice. Ice tea and buffet for $12-13.

Enjoyed the buffet lunch with my step mom, nice and relaxed atmosphere, service was wonderful. Food? Oh my gosh!! Was so sorry when the original restaurant closed a few years ago, but am now very happy to have them reopened! The food is outstanding, flavorful, aroma is out of the world. Needless to say, I went back for seconds, and yes, even a third helping of a few tasty dishes.

When I reported to hubby how good the food and service was, he insisted on going for lunch the following Sunday. We will be enjoying the Taj Mahal monthly.

We heard someone raving about this Indian restaurant while we were in Redding for a convention and decided to go there for dinner. There were 4 of us, and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious. We shared Aloo Gobi (if you like garlic, this is your dish!!), Tandoori Mixed Grill, and Chicken Tikka Masala. We also had mango lassies and shakes. The portions were ample, and everything was tasty. The nan and rice were perfect. They have only been open about a month. The service was good, and the restaurant is nicely decorated. We didn't order anything from the bar. There is plenty of parking, and the location is near highway 44 and Interstate 5 so it's easy to find.

5 hot items, salad bar, $9.99

Everything was basic, all chicken, no beef, fish or lamb, no soup. Nothing outstanding or really good. Naan bread my favorite item.

I arrived at 1:15 pm, all food trays were down to near bottom, scrapping for chicken. 9 more people came in and they rushed to refill a little bit, 1 4 top, 2 deuces when I arrived.

Penny pinching when you open is a sure recipe for disaster.

Most menu items $14.99-19.99 for fish, beef and lamb.

will try one more time later on if they make it and get menu item. Wont due buffet again. Beware!!
