You will not be disappointed here. There drinks a very good and again - it is pricey, but you get what you pay for.

I have found this to be a nice quiet location to meet with clients etc. The drinks are a bit high but they have free wyfy and semi private seating areas.

this was our second stop in the last few months, on our way through redding. its just ok. the food is adequate, but definitely overpriced for the quality and portion size. the nachos seems like a huge pile of food but its all just chips with just a little bit of topping at the very top. and in the entire place they do not have ANY hot sauce of salsa... even though they sell 5+ types of nachos! also the sodas are small and refills cost 75 cents! eat at the bagel place next door, or down the road at five guys or in-n-out. yaks has kinda cool atmosphere, and the food is decent. but its not worth 28 bucks for lunch there.

Coffee is strong and fresh. Snack are available. Decorations and artwork make for an interesting place for a coffee break. Prices are about same as Starbucks.

Wonderful, eclectic sandwich and coffee shop. Sandwiches, wraps and quesadillas are featured with many homemade pastries as well. Had a great BBQ chicken sandwich with thick, artisan bread. The owner is friendly and loves his work. The shop has great art work, old wood planked floors, a fireplace and a setting that invites hanging out on a rainy afternoon. I come to Redding periodically for business, will return to Yaks for sure!
