“Hampton Inn Red Bluff steadily deteriorates”

We have stayed at this hotel related to mostly business travel and functions and some pleasure for over 10 years. At first it provided high end accommodations at a very reasonable price. The price remains reasonable (I can have a suite for under $100) but the quality of accommodations and especially of service has been steadily declining for the past 3 years or so. Elevator carpet is astonishingly dirty and stained and has remained so for the better part of a year. Reservations are difficult to get correct (significant errors at least twice despite being an Honors Member). Some desk staff clearly faking warmth, unable to accept reports of problems without defensiveness, cop an attitude ("are you calling me a liar?"). Housekeeping staff perfectly wonderful; everything done better than simply complete as expected. Their work is wasted on a hotel gradually sinking into 2 star territory. Cannot recommend anymore.

I appreciate your letting us know about this, Your willingness to share your thoughts with us is genuinely appreciated. We rely on you, our guest, to let us know how we are doing and how we can better meet your needs. Your comments have been reviewed and shared with the entire management staff and appropriate action has been taken to ensure a situation of this nature will not be repeated in the future. We have since replaced the carpet in the elevator with tile. I am so glad your are giving us a chance to win back your loyalty. Excellent from the service to the rooms. My mom and I ended up staying here because our power was out over night. The woman at the front desk went above and beyond for us. The hotel is very clean, the room was very clean, beds were new, comfortable, and our stay was quiet. The morning sunrise was beautiful through the trees. The breakfast was the standard, rather extensive spread of the hotel chain. Great place to stay as you are passing through, or if you happen to be visiting.

We show up there two times a year and enjoy our stay and the friendly staff. We drag in at all kinds of crazy hours and the staff is as nice at 3 a.m. as they are mid afternoon. Great central location to Red Bluff, easy on/off the hiway. Nice clean facilities and a good solid continental breakfast with lots of choices. I would recommend this place over any in RedBluff.

Every year we go there for the Red Bluff Bullsale, this was our first time ever being at the Hampton in Red Bluff we were there for 3 nights. As soon as we checked in the young lady Addy was so friendly and greeted us! She recognized us as a Hilton Honor's member and gave us a bag with goodies! Not only did she do a great job! But she is a great asset to your hotel! Keep up the hard work! They also had a Reception going on with great appetizers & they also had wine! This tops your hotel! The room was very nice & also in a very quiet area, so we got great sleep! The breakfast was great and also I love that you guys have the USA newspaper! The to go breakfast bags are awesome! I absolutely recommend this Hotel to anyone! We will be seeing you again!

This is a great place to stay when in the Red Bluff area. The staff is extremely helpful and nice, the facility is very comfortable, and the location is convenient. It is a terrific value. I have stayed here multiple times and have always been extremely satisfied.

The Hampton Inn in Red Bluff is a well kept hotel, very neat and pleasant to look at. The continental breakfast has something for everyone. My last visit was very enjoyable and I would definitely stay at the Hampton Inn when I return to Red Bluff.

staff was exceptionally friendly, and on Monday and Tuesday nights they have a cocktail hour with free beer and wine with appetizers. Can't beat that. I stayed at the holiday inn there the previous week and chose Hampton this time because they have smoking rooms. The amenities were roughly the same but Hampton breakfast was better and like I said cocktail parties too! So between the two I would go for Hampton hands down.
