Our night in Red Bluff was a stop over before a 12 hour drive the next day. I arrived with 3 teenagers in tow at the hotel we originally booked only to be turned away. Stranded, I went to the Hampton and was greeted by Kortney at the front desk. She was so wonderful to deal with. Very helpful and genuinely interested in looking after us! She found us a room which included breakfast and wifi. The room was comfortable and clean. The pool was heated and the kids very much enjoyed a quick swim before we came back to Kortney for some advice on where to eat. She helped us out and directed us perfectly too! The breakfast in the morning was great! Overall we had a wonderful stay and all the staff including the Assistant General Manager at the time of checkout, were attentive, helpful and very pleasant. A big thank you to the staff here - we would definately stay here again!

As always a great experience. My wife and I travel quite a bit, and whenever possible use Hampton Inns or any other Hilton properties. The Red Bluff staff was, without any doubts, one of the best we have ever come across to.
The rooms are very clean and quiet at night. We have used this hotel before, and plan to use it again.

Room Tip: I think rooms on the south side have a better view

It isn't when all goes smoothly that is the mark of great service but when things go awry. Our problem came via computer glitches. Our night guest relations person Roxi saved the day! It took someone who cared about people and a can do attitude that saved our stay at this lovely Hampton Inn.
We have special needs and the next day after a great night of sleep. Ashley our morning person made sure we had a wonderful breakfast and helped us chart our day of events. These two ladies saved our trip.

The physical plant of the hotel is appealing and standard however the dispositions and efficiency of the staff from being greeted by Kourtney upon arrival after midnight to the upbeat, organized and genuinely friendly Ashley in the morning at breakfast...makes this property a must when staying in Red Bluff. I want to commend Britani, Ashly and Gabby for providing a wonderful relaxing stay during our many visits to the Hamption Inn and Suites at Red Bluff, California. Britani provided our group with reservations that met our requirements and expectations. The staff were wonderful and they went the extra mile for us! We needed a clean place. A place to regroup and rest (physical, mental and emotional). And the Hampton provided that instantly for us. Hampton Inn Hotels are great - we all know that. Great beds, clean rooms, attractive lobbies and amenities such as free wi-fi, complimentary breakfast. However, this particular Hampton Inn always stands out a little more. My husband and I stop here several times a year on our way to Oregon and I truly look forward to this stop. The minute you walk in you smell the aroma of freshly baked cookies, there is always a friendly front desk staff member to welcome you and we almost always are given an upgrade without asking. The rooms are always spotless and the humble breakfast better than most of the other Hamptons we frequent. This last visit was particularly memorable. The front desk clerk, Traci, came out from behind the desk during the breakfast hours and welcomed guests, helped clean the tables, and passed out bottled water for travelers to take with them. For a tired traveler this stop in Red Bluff is always our oasis. :)
