“Friendly Service and Good Choice for Lunch”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 26, 2013

The steak sandwich and the Reuben were really good as was the friendly service. Lots of food and reasonably priced. Nice selection of beers and wines, too. Located east of 5 and right on 36 as you are going out of town, it is an excellent place to stop if you are on your way up to Lassen. And if you're in Red Bluff or heading north, this place is worth searching out.

“Great atmosphere, friendly staff”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 14, 2013

I was looking for another restaurant in Red bluff! I can add this one to my list of The best places to go in Red Bluff. I love the front patio as you enter. It has a farm house feeling. We sat at the bar and had ordurves. I especially liked the fried pickles. The chicken wings were great. you could taste the garlic and cheese on the garlic fries. the onion rings were home made. very light and big. The bartender never missed a beat. She checked on us, let us know how our food was doing. Very pleasant. I would recommend this restaurant for sure. It had everything that I look for
noticed a sign that said closed for lunch on Saturdays but open for dinner. also it's closed on Sundays. Might want o call and check on those days..

“super place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 25, 2013

Since the Riverside restaurant went out of business, we tried to find a worthy substitute. We found that the recommended Green Barn did not disappoint at all - we had awesome food and met with a super-friendly staff ! We are so happy to have found the Green Barn and will be returning soon for one of their excellent prime ribs ! Absolute must to try this restaurant !

“Worth waiting for”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 14, 2013

We had between us a large prime rib steak and a small top sirloin and it was absolutely delicious, tasty and tender. Instead of a salad we had clam chowder, also great, and the potatoes - mashed and baked - were very good as well.
They also had added a few beans which they shouldn't have.
The only problem the night we were there was the time it took to get served, We gor there at 8 and didn't start on the main course till 9. But it was definitely worth waiting for.
