This restaurant used to be one of the best-kept secrets of RSM--not so much any more, the secret is out. Tutto Fresco is that rarity among eating establishments; it combines outstanding food with reasonable prices. And the venue is marvelous. We always choose the outside patio with its trickling fountains, greenery, and excellent background music. (One of the few restaurants today that understands the definition of "background"!) Their chefs are unusually agile with a broad variety of fresh ingredients, and their specialties range from a pumpkin ravioli with a brown butter sage sauce to a penne vegetali (my favorite), which is easily adaptable to a paleo dish by removing the penne and adding italian sausage or other meat. Wonderful to indulge and feel good after!
