Immediately upon check-in, the concierge went on a sales "presentation" for what seemed like an eternity. There we were with two small kids, sweaty from the heat, (btw, lobby is not cold by any mean and it was 116 degrees outside in July 2 nd) with our luggage trying to get to our rooms and the guy would not let us go unless we commited to 90 min. timeshare sales pitch they wanted us to sit thru. He offered all kinds of "goodies" to get us to bit but we didnt. Unfortunately, I had to get visibly upset before he would allow us to check in to our rooms and then they kept calling our room for the 3 days we stayed. Needless to say, bad experience. The hotel itself was nice but nothing spectacular or even 4 star worthy. The layout of the grounds are just simply too spread out. Beds are comfortable, clean rooms and decent service. Main pool is small compared to other resorts in area and food way over priced as is usual for the resorts in the area. One other not, we stayed on a holiday weekend and there was one cocktail waitress working her buns off , only saw her once an hour.
