By word of mouth we tried Catalan's Happy Hour Tapas to find all dishes excellent, the right size for the price and unusual in style. The crispy, spicy deep fried chick peas in a bowl was the perfect alternatives to peanut snacks with martini. Red bell pepper poppers stuffed with goat cheese were truly special. Though calamari may seem common, the dish and dipping sauce was high on our list. My wife loves chicken livers to which the claim was "marvelous". Skewered chorizo sausage and cheese was also different from most restaurants. The only down side was no reservations for this treat in the bar.
