Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

Sorry, but paying $15 for over cooked Mongolian Beef is not my idea of a good Chinese restaurant. The other dishes were ok, but very small in portion size. I can't figure out why this place is always crowded. We had a $50 gift card and still had to pay an additional $20 for our lunch.

It can be a bit loud at night , but the service and food is always great, and you can socialize and enjoy the gardens as well

I wanted to take a colleague somewhere special for accomplishing a major educational goal. She chose this restaurant. From the beginning to the end, we laughed through all the bad service!

First, we were seated in the bar, although there were many tables available. The hostess was talking as we were all walking to a table, but we couldn't hear her since she was talking away from us. She threw the menus on the table and left.

My Mai Tai was so bad I couldn't drink it - way too sweet.

We were taken to a table, and again, the person leading us to the table was talking away, with her voice projecting forward. Again, the person threw the menus on the table and quickly left before we could even say, "what?"

When our server came over, she seemed quite rushed. She answered our questions, and left. She finally came back to take our order. We mentioned food allergies.

Our soup arrived at the same time as the manager of the restaurant. He wanted to discuss our food allergies and assure us that our food would be handled appropriately. He reviewed a specific menu with us that showed ingredients. He apparently didn't notice that our soup and lettuce wraps were on our table and getting cold while we listened to him.

We were seated in the middle of the restaurant with diners surrounding us -- it was very noisy. The ceilings are very high, so this adds to the noisiness.

The evening went on in the same vein -- very hurried. We won't be back. We should have gone to Panda Inn.

I know it's maybe not authentic Chinese food but I like it. I like the variety and taste. They are doing something right. Parking is a little better than places IN the mall.
