We stayed here for one night. Our room was large with a great air conditioner (much needed with it being 103 degrees outside). Our king bed was comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was great. Only negative comment is that the pool was cold at 9 am but I am sure it would have felt good a couple of hours later. The hotel also had easy access to the 50 freeway.

This hotel is easy to get to, has a great staff, a wonderful breakfast, and - best of all - a big, covered outdoor hot tub for soaking away your aches and pains or troubles! We love to go here for a quick R&R trip when visiting family in Reno, NV. If you can hit it when they have a coupon, it's an even greater deal. Close to good restaurants, shopping, and Old Town Sacramento.

Minus for hairs left in bathroom by previous user. & used toilet paper rolls. It was very clean. The traffic ligt preventing you to get into where the hotel is are a bit of a hassle. Morning breakfast was fantastic! Great options...i think they will make everyone in the family content. Staff was very friendly. Just whenever you asked for an extra towel or 2 or 4 they gave you an unfriendly look on their face. :( But over all a 9 over 10. :) OH...and they DO NOT have room service. All though they claim to have so. They do not have a restaurant on site. But surrounding restaurants are willing to bring your order to your room if over 25. & pay 05.99 for delivery & a 15% tip added to your bill...thats boloney.

The first thing that I want to say is that if a hotel has a policy about placing an extra hold on debit cards that it be stated on the website. I do not have a credit card and have stayed at many different hotels using only a debit card with absolutely no problem whatsoever. This place put a hold on my account of $250 AND charged me for my room. True, there was a sign on the front desk warning of this but that's the front desk! By that time, it's too late to make changes.

Anyway, the room was clean and large but there was a problem with the heating/air unit in the middle of the night on our first night. We couldn't get it to shut off and it was stuck on A/C, blowing cold air all night long. The next morning finally got it to shut off and it seemed to work. Talked to other people in our party who were staying there and that same night had the same issue.

The breakfast was nice. A nice little store to buy snacks made it much better than the junky snack machines at other hotels. Towels were large and soft, as were the bed and pillows. The pool was clean. The wi-fi was stable enough for my daughter to play World of Warcraft, which should tell you how good it was right there.

Will probably not stay at this hotel again just because of the debit card issue. The desk clerk said "We encourage people to use their credit card when checking in." I understand that this covers the property better but it punishes those of us who don't use credit. However, if this doesn't apply to you then the hotel is reasonably priced, clean and quiet.

We recently stayed here for a basketball tournament and had close to 50 people in our group. The hotel staff was quite helpful and courtesy to our group. We will definitely stay there again.

My wife and I stay at this hotel every year for our Annual District Council (A/G). Every year the service and staff are exceptional. This year especially we wanted to make note of exceptional service. I rode my motorcycle and it rained. The staff took my wet clothes and dried them for me without hesitation. I was able to ride home in comfort due to their service. We highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the Rancho Cordova area.
