It was a Monday morning around 9 AM when we stopped by for a coffee and pastry before hitting the road. Lots of coffee options but to better understand a place we always try the regular coffee … which is this case was unremarkable for a Coffee House.
As for pastries, there were some cookies in the display case (covered in plastic wrap) and a pecan coffee cake (which tasted like it came from a box). Bought the pecan coffee cake to share on the road. Again, less than memorable.
All in all … get your coffee and pastries at one of the other restaurants in town. Two coffees and the coffee cake was $8.00
