First time visiting Pomona, and I had no idea what to expect. The hotel was located in the Fairplex, which is a large convention center where my business was being held. It made the most logical sense to stay within walking distance. The hotel itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. The only issue was the fact that it was virtually 10 minutes plus to anywhere of interest. Maybe I shouldn't have expected more?

Room Tip: All suites are nicely appointed, and clean.

Stayed in Oct 2013 for 4 nights while attending "PCA Escape". On our arrival we were served promptly by the front desk staff. They gave us a map of the complex that was very useful. The room price included a lovely buffet breakfast, which had a wonderful variety of items. The wait staff we always found to be fast and courteous. We were on the 2nd floor and unfortunately did not have a view, except of the roof. The suite was one bedroom with a king size bed. Bathroom was nice as the tub and toilet were seperate, and the counter at the sink was nice and long. Enjoyed having the make up mirror provided in the bathroom. Very handy having a bar sink, mini fridge and microwave also in the room. Ample storage in the closet and the chest of drawers. They had a gym and pool, which we did not have a chance to use. The hotel was very good and provided our group with seperate parking for our Porsche. We had meals both indoors in the ballroom, and outdoors with a bar set up. All the food was good and well presented. Wished they would provide free wifi in the room, but a nominal cost considering what we paid for our accomodation.

first time at this hotel. Was here for a large group and the hotel did an excellent job for us. Only downside was wifi. Limited range in the conference area that was free and it was $10 a day for it in the room

Well priced hotel with a convenient location; not what I would normally chose but I was there for a convention that was being held there. I had a 2 queen (small queen bed) suite; that had a sitting room with a wet bar that also contained a microwave. The staff where as helpful as possible but the hotel was understaffed and getting help with your luggage was a major event - including just getting a cart to do it yourself. The restaurant/bar was adequate but the menu could have contained a better selection.

Stayed here during the DPCA Doberman Nationals
A very good facility. The rooms are all suites with either 2 queen or 1 king bed, sitting room with pull out sofa bed, bathroom and powder room. Our room also had separate sink, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (not a pod machine) and 2 TVs
Front counter staff were very helpful. Tim Kelly the bar/restaurant manager was a delight. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his customer skills are excellent. There is ample free parking.

Room Tip: Go for the upgrade to the Club rooms. The little extra includes free wifi, and from the Club Lounge - breakfast, all day snacks, hot finger food in the afternoon, soft drinks, water and coffee Well worth it
