“Grab an Affogato & then grab picnic supplies”
Reviewed April 28, 2014

Their affogato, which has the best, not-too-sweet Strauss Family ice cream and delicious espresso, has to be one of the best, small deserts on the planet. Grab a variety of cheeses, some Brick Maiden bread, a bottle of wine or something from their good selection of sodas, and take one of the amazing hikes in the national park.

“Worth a Visit! (Sample the cheese....then buy!)”
Reviewed April 12, 2014

The Cowgirl Creamery is well-known in Northern CA. In fact, friends of ours start dropping hints about gifts of cheese when they learn that we are planning a trip to Pt. Reyes. Be sure to sample, then make your selections. They offer a bag of smaller portions of several varieties of their cheeses. This is what we usually take to our friends!

“Nothing special”
Reviewed April 1, 2014

The lunch was pretty good, but overpriced. Limited seating and service was on the slow side. But the place has a lot of charm and if you want organic, gluten free, non GMO food this is the place to go!

“The best cheese in the West!”
Reviewed March 24, 2014

I love cheese...and if you do too, well~ you have to go by the Cow Girl Creamery!
They have the best cheese, all hand made and you can watch them make some.
There is a small cafe but it is the cheese to take away that will sweep you off your feet...get some for your picnic on the beach!

“Snooty service”
Reviewed November 3, 2013

We live in the DC area where there is a Cowgirl Creamery store and the DC store is by far staffed by more friendly and helpful people. We felt that the Cow Girl Creamery in Point Reyes is resting on its laurels and sitting back waiting for the onslaught of tourists.
