This was our third visit to Osteria Stellina in as many years and I am glad to say that the quality and freshness of the food, the culinary creativity and the professional and cheerful service remained undiminished. We were a group of seven this time and arrived at the height of the noontime rush. Nonetheless we were served efficiently and enjoyed the: orechiette with broccoli rabe; wild mushroom pizza; open faced short rib sandwich with caramelized onion; panzanella and grilled cheese sandwiches. Very reasonable at under $20 per person (no alcoholic beverages) and that included a 20 percent gratuity for our larger-than-six group. A great restaurant in a beautiful spot in northern California.
