“OK stop, at bit off the highway, with local color”
Reviewed November 25, 2013

My wife and I stopped in Point Arena for lunch at the Cove Coffee and Tackle. A good basic sandwich. Nothing fancy. If you don't mind a detour off Rt. 1 down to the Pt. Arena dock and you're not looking for nothing special, you can get a good sandwich here. But I doubt that I'll ever stop here again.

“Like going home”
Reviewed September 2, 2013

This place is cozy and friendly. Hang out and watch the definition of diversity come through this place. Unfortunately, they only serve one brew of coffee, but their food is quite delicious. There are no zero-carb options, either, but it is a small place. There is a guitar hanging on the wall for you to play if you like, but there is usually music playing in the background which discourages people from picking up the guitar and going for it. But I heartily recommend this place. Meet new people, sit back and relax.

“Delicious coffee, friendly staff”
Reviewed July 23, 2013

I have been to this spot twice now. This most recent time in July of 2013 I had one of the best coffees that I have had in recent memory. The coffee was flavorful and the latte well made.
The first time I visited was amazing. The person behind the counter talked to my friends and I for some time about the area and suggested a cool spot to trek. It was definitely a relaxed vibe and was a great way to spend the afternoon.

“Great little coffee stop”
Reviewed July 13, 2013

We stayed close overnight at the Point Arena Lighthouse, and decided to head out for coffee. Ended up here recommended by the locals. Not a disappointment. In addition to great coffee there was an eclectic group of patrons.
The pier is right there, and we sat and drank our coffee watching the Kayakers and fishermen bringing in their early catches.
The food seems to be in high demand, we were the only ones ordering coffee only.

“Great place for breakfast”
Reviewed May 25, 2013 via mobile

Had a great breakfast there. The ultimate club is highly recommended. Very nice people, especially the girl from Iowa who served us on that day was very kind.
