We did not expect much from this place and went there just because it was the nearest to our hotel (Wharf Master Inn). We were pleasantly surprised by the food. The fish and chips were excellent with the freshest cod we've ever had and the sweet potato fries cooked correctly. The clam chowder was good but not superior, with large pieces of clams but a few too many potatoes. The Ceasar salad dressing was fresh and well done. The servers were friendly and attentive. We had planned to just try one meal here, but liked it enough to return a second night.
