Don't go here unless you want to get pushed around by other tasters and ignored by the staff.

“Great Winery”
Reviewed January 28, 2011

Fun, beautiful and good wine! Want them to pour you some of their reserves and non list wines - be nice, make good conversation with your host and don't go at peak times.

“Worst Customer Service”
Reviewed August 31, 2010

They have the worse customer service of any establishment in the Amador and Shenandoah Valley and I am in the winey business. Our visit to this winery began with loud, seemingly drunk customers on their patio. As we walked in 2 other visitors were walking out leaving one gentleman at the bar and us. This is a large tasting room. One person behind the bar pouring for the single gentleman looked at us and said "someone will be right with you." Not one other staff menber came out to greet us and the man serving the single gentleman stayed right where he was and did not acknowledge us again. We waited, waited, and finally walked out. You can buy their wines in any grocery or drug store, so no big deal we just thought they might be special at the winery. We can not recommend this winery to our customers.
