An okay hotel and because of the SUPER perk of fitness club I chose to overlook the dingy rooms - I could hear conversations / movement in the next room; however, the unhelpful front desk staff is the reason I would not recommend this hotel. Every request was reluctantly met and or a funky attitude for instance, most Hilton Hotels have microwaves ( or are available on request ) well, not at this Double Tree - that particular service/perk comes at a cost of $25; I went through an inquisition just to pick up a package despite providing my key card and credit card info; a bottle of water is a perk afforded HH members but at this location it comes with a rude reminder that the perk is ONLY available on day 1.....I could go on. Needless to say this has been a horrible experience and the 1st class fitness club elevated the review to poor. ps. I asked to speak to the general manager and was referred to someone else and not the gm. YAP definitely do not recommend.
