The Hotel is under Construction at this time. Very nice Hotel, comfortable. Very clean Hotel. A little pricey and I believe there are other choices in the area. Better prices, Better Locations. Better convenience. Nicer Lobby's etc. would I stay here again???? I would look around the corner. Sheraton, Marriott's Holiday inn etc. I would look before reserve.
Nice enough place. Lobby area renovation makes restaurant and bar area less than enjoyable. Room itself was nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was on the highway side and a bit loud from the highway noise. Nice partnership with the gigantic fitness center next door. Would stay here again.

Fridge in the executive Hilton Honors rooms. Complimentary shuttle within 4 mile radius so handy for BART station and malls if you don't have a car. Breakfast buffet includes a made to order omelette bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend. The Club Sport next door is a gym bunny's dream! Hotel guests have complimentary access- entry is direct from the hotel first thing in the morning and evenings. Otherwise you have to walk around to it.
This is a very pleasant hotel, and is a part of the Hilton chain. When we checked in they were using jack hammers to remove some concrete near the reception area and it was pretty loud. The construction (destruction?) work stopped soon after we arrived and was not a problem The room was nice, but the maid had not done a good job cleaning the room. They had not emptied the garbage can from the previous guest, and the shower/tub area was not clean.
The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. There was plenty of hot water for a shower, and the TV worked fine. So for the most part, it was a good stay. I just wish the room had been properly cleaned before we got there.
Called down because USB charger wasn't working. Was told tech would be by to take a look. After 15 minutes no tech and also VERY LOUD construction noise (some type of loud machinery) was coming through in my room so I called back down and asked if I could switch rooms. Was told the tech had been held up and would be by and that the construction work/noise would be done in 3 minutes. Tech never came and construction/noise went on for over another 2 hours.
