“Pretty Nice”
Reviewed October 12, 2011

Basically, there are four buildings surrounding a courtyard. The courtyard has a pool, and the buildings are surrounded by parking. It was easy to find, the kitchen was nice, and the staff was adequate. A good place all around if you want a two-room suite in Pleasanton, CA.

We traveled to Pleasanton to visit family and needed a place to stay. We have two teenagers a boy and girl so we needed three places to sleep. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect. Each room had a bathroom and king size bed which we're very comfortable. We used the sleeper sofa which was pretty comfortable. Be aware there is no elevator, but a very nice open stairway to the third floor. We will defiantly stay here again.

I was 6 months pregnant. Had a room on the 2nd floor. The staff helped with the luggage as there was no elevators. Interesting breakfast. It was a pleasant stay.

Two bedroom room, Breakfast included, Free Happy Hour with hors d'oeuvres, 2 minute drive to the Bart Station, great pool, great staff, Starbucks and fantastic Japanese restaurant ( Sendo Sushi ) across the street all for the price of one small room in downtown San Francisco. We travel frequently with our 12 & 15 year old kids and this was a vacation coup. Keep in mind you have a full kitchen here and a grocery store is less than a mile away. The staff is 10/10. They drove us to the Bart Station, they helped me with some business needs and were great with the kids loaning out tennis equipment to them and converting the basketball court to a tennis court. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the property, the friendliness of the staff, the offered choices at breakfast. Combine that with the ease of getting to San Francisco and the feeling of staying in an upscale & safe small town and you just have a perfect vacation.

The hotel has both one and two bedroom suites. Our room was a one bedroom suite. There was a separate bedroom with large closet and vanity, plus an incredibly large bathroom containing the toilet and shower/tub. The separate living room had a sofa, desk, lounge chair, plus a complete kitchen and small dining area. There was a television in both the bedroom and the living room, plus internet connection at the desk.
Heating unit (forced air) was fairly noisy. The rooms were spotless, and tastefully decorated. Lighting was good. A fairly substantial hot breakfast is included in the room rate. Staff was very accommodating. The hotel consists of 4 buildings set around a center courtyard which has a pool along with a park-like setting. What could be considered either a plus or a negative: the hotel is situated in an area of office buildings, with no shops or restaurants nearby. As a result, the area is very quiet at night--no traffic noise. You'll neet a map to find the hotel as it is not on a main street.

We stayed at this hotel during the Thanksgiving. This was our third time staying here. We like the extra room for the family to move around without climbing over each other. We reserved a 1 bedroom but got an upgrade to a 2 bedrooms. Each bathroom came with toothpaste. A nice touch! Very nice and clean room with friendly staffs. The breakfast was typical. There were usually 4 hot items, bagels, muffins, and bread. To my kids’ disappointment, they did not have coco mix.

The location is perfect as well. Very quiet with nearby restaurants and shopping center. The hotel located right off hwy. 580 and 680. You can take Stoneridge Dr to hwy. 680 or Hopyard Rd to hwy. 580. The Stoneridge Mall is right down the street. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Bay Area.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel! We received a fantastic rate by paying in advance ~$75 / night including taxes. We arrived early after a very long drive and since our room wasn't ready they upgraded us from 1 bedroom suite to 2 bedroom suite no charge. The beds were VERY comfortable and there were ample pillows and they were fluffy and soft. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! Fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, dishes. The flat screen TV and DVD player plus TV's in each bedroom were a hit with my family. The pool area was beautiful, clean and relaxing. It was truly like a home away from home. The breakfast was quite good, a large variety of selections to choose from, hot and cold, with a lovely dining area. The staff were more than friendly. They even helped us find a nearby skate park for the kids. Both my husband and I kept saying it was like home away from home, and we wished all hotels were this nice. He travels a LOT for business and we had stayed at a couple of other locations along the way on this vacation. Nothing compared! One word to the wise, I did not notice an elevator and we were on the third floor. Not a problem for us, but could be for some. Easy fix, request a room on the ground floor.
