My husband and I had dinner there for a special meeting. Every aspect of the dining experience was excellent. The highlight was when the owner came to our table to greet us, took our order, and even brought us a couple of wines to sample. The service, decor, and location were all perfect. I ordered the duck and highly recommend it. The others ordered the ravioli and said it was fantastic. Definitely end the meal with their chocolate bread putting...lovely presentation and very yummy! Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the quality.

We went to this location on Main Street in Pleasanton for a business dinner. We had a nice table against the window on the summer night. The table cloth at my seat was stained with pasta sauce from a prior diner and should have been changed. The menu is a mix of continental and American classics. The dill biscuits were tasty and warm. The 6 onion soup was an overcooked mush of onion tastes reminiscent of canned. The Caesar salad was nothing special and much liked a bagged mix. The mushroom ravioli was excellent and creamy and tasty. The lamb shank was cooked to tenderness but the cloying wine sauce and under cooked and tough carrots and potatoes ruined the overall appeal of the dish. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant has a short wine and beer list. The silverware was stained with soap and could have at least been wiped down. Overall, the restaurant tries hard but never rises above mediocrity. Might give another chance in the future.

What a lovely place and really a neighborhood gem. This is one of the reasons I love yelp, without this page, we would have never gone there. We travel a lot and we really rely on fellow yelpers to help us choose good restaurants.

The restaurant is cozy and space is limited, therefore, you get to know your table neighbor. Make sure to also call for reservations on Friday and Saturday, this will save you an hour wait (it is worth it though). Otherwise, it is simple but has a nice and welcoming feel. The owner is also circling the room to make sure everyone is feeling relaxed and happy.

We stayed close in Dublin and went there both nights when we were in town, that says it all on how much we liked the place. We tried the lamb shank, the ravioli, the beef and also the Steak and fries. There was nothing we wouldn't order again, the food was delicious. All the food was done perfectly and the portions were a good size. The only thing we were not so keen on was the chocolate pot the creme, it was slightly grainy and not as smooth as it should be. They also serve water with orange and mint, sooo much better than the water you usually get in restaurants. Also, things like the freshly baked herbed rolls are just a touch above what others do.

Service was excellent on Friday, our server was quick, very attentive and super friendly. Saturday was slower and not was much attention was given, still the server was nice and friendly, but we were just too spoiled with the guy on Friday. :-)

We really love this place and would come back again if we are in the area. There was so much more on the menu we wanted to try, but time ran away.

This is a great small bistro style restaurant that serves excellent food. The menu is always changing so you are able to go back often. There are a few tables outside, but mostly inside. I'd say this is one of the best restaurants in downtown Pleasanton.

Pleasanton has become a food mecca and it's too easy to keep going back to a favorite spot. Stop that! If you want a carefully crafted and delicious lunch, you must try Nonni's. Loads of good choices and you're practically guaranteed to take some home. I had the salmon BLT - a perfectly cooked (and large) piece of salmon with top quality bacon, lettuce and tomato on a great roll, served with a generous helping of perfectly cooked fries (thin the way I like them). My friend had the steak salad and they do care about how you like your steak, even in a salad. There are so many options from small plates, salads, soups, sandwiches and entrees and this is just lunch. Yes, parking in Pleasanton can be a pain, so allow a little extra time and head over. The place is small, so you should make a reservation.
