The hotel is located near shops, restaurants etc. It is next to a very busy intersection so beware and be prepared for a lot of traffic, sirens and noise in general if your room overlooks the street. We arrived late and unfortunately there were no refrigerators to be had. Make sure you request this when making the reservation. The rooms were a nice size but bathroom sink space small and not well lit. Breakfast is not included, but the price was good for those traveling with families or anyone watching the $$.

Came here to get away & because of the good weekend rate hotel is nice has a amount of amenities the location is great rooms Have balconies by request the hotel offers microwaves and fridges by request staff was very friendly helpful and accommodating hotel was very clean and quiet! I would recommend & would stay here again only one small complaint the night stands and headboard could use upgrading the wood is old rooms could use just a slight modern makeover but they are still decent rooms

Nice & centrally located Courtyard for the the East Bay/Walnut Creek/Concord/Pleasant Hill areas. Relatively easy access to San Francisco when there is no traffic. Closeby eateries and shopping at all price levels.

We just stayed here because my son had a swim meet in Concord. It was great to be able to stay close by. The rooms were nice and there are a lot of eateries close by. There is no refrigerator and the breakfast is not included. You can get those things at the hotel for a fee. While we were here, we ate at Zachary's Pizza which is down the street and frequented Peet's and Starbucks. Parking is free. Our room faced the street so it was a little loud-wear ear plugs if you are a lite sleeper.

Traveled back to the Bay Area to visit family and friends and decided to try the Courtyard due to its central location. Very pleasantly surprised with the hotel, service, and amenities. Will definitely return to this hotel when my travels bring back to the Bay Area.
