Traveled back to the Bay Area to visit family and friends and decided to try the Courtyard due to its central location. Very pleasantly surprised with the hotel, service, and amenities. Will definitely return to this hotel when my travels bring back to the Bay Area.More

This place is good. We will make this our hotel of choice when we are in town. Clean, staff is helpful and location is good. This was our second time there and they remembered us which was a plus. We had our 6 month old and they were able to supply a refrigerator and a crib (was a huge plus because i didn't want to bring one).
Only issue was the elevators. Need to be upgraded, at least one was down each day.
Even with that said we will be back.

What a clean hotel!!!! The price was great the pool and spa were exceptional. The room was clean and fresh and this was a hotel that you look forward to staying at again. Staff was great and quick to respond to all questions. Great access to the downtown core of businesses and food.

This hotel has one great feature that I will get to in a minute!
The hotel is a little off the beaten path for San Francisco but we were here visiting our daughter and used the opportunity to explore some of the surrounding area so it was in a very good spot. This Courtyard is similar to most, no free breakfast, no free coffee and no vending machines on the separate room floors. The room we had was very functional and comfortable with plenty of space. I still struggle with a window air conditioner and a room that doesn't have a refrigerator but those were simple things to put up with. But for all it's little glitches it did have really good free Wi-Fi, plenty of parking and one killer app.....
This hotel has one terrific feature not found in any of the other Courtyards I've stayed in. It shares a parking lot with the Rite Aid. That's correct - A Rite Aid with the Ice Cream Gun! We had delicious ice cream served with that famous gun whenever we wanted! It's the reason we will stay at this hotel the next time we visit the Bay Area!

The room was spacious with the King size bed and sitting area. Shower & all was clean.
The new Bistro thing is starting to grow on me even though I still like the original style Courtyards. We had a good business meeting during happy hour. My vegetarian breakfast was fine.

Objectively speaking this is a nice, clean basic-needs hotel with a good Pleasant Hill location. The front desk staff was friendly, the room looked updated, the room was clean and comfortable. Even though the room looked out over the main street it was nevertheless effectively quiet inside. Our room had a TV, no refrigerator or microwave. The two water bottles in the room had tags on them to say they were for VIP guests, but in smaller print at the bottom of the tag was the advisory that $3.50 would be added to the bill if you enjoyed one. No complimentary breakfasts here. The hotel shares a parking lot with a retail shopping area and many dining opportunities are near. Free WiFi.
