Really impressed with this place. Our first visit was two nights ago - we turned up at 20.55hrs, expecting to be told that we were too late for food (the website said food stopped at 9pm). However, we were warmly greeted by a server (Skip), and the chef said we could order, no problem. We sat outside and enjoyed fantastic food (some of it suitable for vegans which was important for two of our party) and great service.
Before we left, we asked if we could see inside the venue (we were interested in the seating area in the cellar/old gold mine area). We were shown around by a very friendly lady, even though it was quite late and they were probably closing up. We were so impressed with the venue and the staff, we booked for a party of 12 later this week.
