Hampton Inns have become the standard for our family. We know what to expect in comfort and food. Some are worse, some are better. Pittsburg is on the better end of the scale. Newer building, layout, and furnishings.
Had a problem with AC in our room and were moved to a larger room (suite). Haley and Brandon were peasant and helpful (others at the front desk not so much). Enjoyed the larger room, but my kids preferred a bed over sofa and rollaway. Both rooms had high ceilings, giving the impression of more space. Microwave, fridge and even in-room safe (my laptop wouln't quite fit, however).
Very convienent to Hwy 4. One exit east has more dining options (In-n-Out, too).More
