I've stayed here twice and enjoyed this hidden gem. Its right on the beach in downtown, not super fancy but rooms have a minii bar, sink, fireplace gas, but heats the room good, a awesome spa that is sparkling clean and emptied after each stay. I liked that touch and could hear them empty daily and refill. We received a free bottle of pinot noir upon arrival delived to out room, great lil seavebture bottle opener I take everywhere and reminds me of my great stay. We had a free flight of wine and enjoyed appitizers on the deck w a beautiful view also sat inside and got to know the staff. The chef made excellent wasabi tuna sliders they're my favorite. They deliver a free vbreakfast at your specified time and u choose what u get. For my hubby myslef and my daughter we couldn't b happier. We went on off season and the price range was about 99 a night. Right now the prices r too much for me. But we live a hour away and will enjoy reccomending to the travlers who come through my town and stop in and stay at seaventure. There is a playground outside on the beach as well fun for the kids. The rooms are small but enough space to b happy.

Just spent three nights at the "Beach House" run by the SeaVentura Resort in Pismo. I wish we could have stayed longer but the school year start got moved up this year without much notice.

Great little house. Three bedrooms and one bath. Fully equipped with BBQ, small jacuzzi, all the linnens, pots and pans and anything else we could think of.

The house is right on the sand and across a small parking lot from the hotel itself. Anything we needed was either in the house or was brought to the house in a matter of moments. We asked for towels and when we came back from the sand, a huge bag of clean bath and beach towels was on the front porch.

Two families of four shared the house and had a great time, wishing we didn't have to leave.

Room Tip: This is a private house not connected to the hotel. Book early.

We were impressed with this little hotel on the beach. It is in a great location, near the pier and shops. The nominal "resort fee" of $3/day allows you use of its bikes and towels and chairs for the beach. The room was cozy and cute and clean. We had a jacuzzi on our balcony. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful, too-- the meal was perfectly cooked and when we mentioned the dessert was on the dry side, it was promptly removed from our bill. We were also given coupons for a free wine flight and $20 off 2 entrees at the restaurant when we checked in, making our cost for our delicious meal even more reasonable. The staff was helpful and kind all around. A continental breakfast of your choosing is brought to your room in the morning. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future.

We stayed here because of its location and a hot tub on the balcony which was a great touch BUT this hotel needs updating. The corridors were dark and dingy. the beds in our room were past their use by date and very uncomfortable, one double bed slopped down at one side and had to be pushed against the wall to stopp kids rolling out!! not a good experience for the price charged as this was one of the more pricy places we stayed and not worth the money. The reception staff during our stay were not friendly, this was the only hotel during our holiday in California where we came across rude staff. would not stay here again.

Room Tip: rooms are small upgrade and ask for new beds

This is our 5th trip to the Seaventure and will not be our last. Living inland in Southern California during the summer, you can always expect many weeks of extreme heat. But, after a short and beautiful drive up the California coast you arrive in a small community in the Central Coast: Pismo Beach. While the temps near home were in triple digits, the warmest it got during our 5 day stay was 75 degrees. PERFECT for romantic walks on the beach. The nights are cool, but with the fireplace in your room, you can keep the patio door open to sleep to the sounds of the ocean. The Seaventure is truly a first class hotel at affordable prices. They are located right on the beach and is just a couple of blocks from the center of town. Lots of activities in the area including wine tasting and just about anything you like to do for fun. Get on their email list for year-round specials. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the staff is always ready to meet your every need and the restaurant-lounge is a wonderful place for lunch or a place to relax and enjoy a great meal with a beautiful sunset. Treat yourself and someone you love to the spectacular, but cozy, Seaventure.

Room Tip: Check their website: www.seaventure.com for year-round specials.

This is a charming hotel. The rooms were clean, beds full of pillows, great linens. Rooms are on the small side, but so cute and charming. Private hot tub on our room's balcony was great.. Free breakfast is brought to your room in the morning, which my daughters loved and so did I. Hotels makes available bikes, boogie boards and beach chairs to its guests.. And you are on the beach! Great for Pismo Beach visit

We spent a week at the this wonderful hotel for my daughter's wedding. The rooms are not exactly large -- but with a king bed and a personal Spa on your private deck -- what's to complain about. This hotel boasts that it is the ONLY one in Pismo that is actually " On the beach". That is true. Step out of the hotel and you are literally on the beach.

The staff went out of their way to be helpfull with any and all requests.

You can use beach chairs, bikes and beach towels at no charge upon request.

The Breakfast which is delivered to your room at a time you choose is convenient and filling - if a bit spartan-- but it is a nice touch.

The personal spa on your deck is wonderful after a day at the dunes - or shopping - whatever. They will offer to clean it daily if requested-- no additional charge.

The restaurant gets high marks for service, and food. If you not really hungry try the Prime Rib Sliders -- Terrific!

Full dinners are even better and the service is great.

My daughter got married here and the event staff at the reception made it a perfect day for her as well as us.

I would not hesitate to return here.

What an honor to be host to your daughters wedding! Our beachfront weddings are truly magical. It sounds like you had the opportunity to really enjoy every aspect of our hotel, and truly enjoyed your time in Pismo Beach. We hope to see you again in the future; for your own personal getaway.
