Food was ok. Not much seafood in the seafood gumbo. Abalone portion very small. Clam chowder was average.

Food was good but a little on the "diner" side. I like a little more ambiance but for a beach town, it was a nice place to eat.
Prices are medium to high but atmosphere is like a long John silver. Cheesy, bib wearing place that might be fun for kids.
The crab bucket was big enough for my BF and two boys to share. The halibut was delicious and I couldn't get enough of their home made dinner rolls. The house salad was so tasty with the seafood topping and homemade vinaigrette. It's a short walk up from the beach. Always clean and the staff is very welcoming :)
This is the place to go. A small restaurant just a couple of blocks back from the seafront at Pismo Beach. We had a bucket containing 3 freshly cooked crabs. It was tipped onto our table and we were given all the meat from the legs & claws. Really simple and fantastically tasty.
The place is popular but it is easy to see why. We had a 30 minute wait for a table on a Monday evening but it was well worth it. The staff were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. They helped to create a friendly and informal environment where the food was the king.
