My partner and I stayed in Pismo on our way to No. California, which we do very few years. I usually eat at the place across the street, but it was packed and having eaten at Brad's before we grabbed a table in the patio next to a heater and with a nice view of the flowers and a couple of statues.
Brad's fish and chips are excellent! Light batter and the fish was cooked just right. Their tartar sauce is great too! What's F&C without tarter sauce? So many place have great fish and terrible tartar, but Brad's is just right. I don't know if they make it, but if they do they should bottle it. The "chips" were also excellent.
My partner had the clam chowder bowl. It's as good as the other chowder place, and at Brad's they serve it to you on real plates!
Definite thumbs up. I'll be back again, and again!
