Yes, the place across the street is good...and more "famous" in a trendy sort of way...but try Brad's...(shh, we won't tell anyone you didn't go to the other place). We have eaten there a variety of times, inside, outside, small and large group- it's always been a treat. Most recently (yesterday) we picked up 2 quarts of the amazing chowder and ate it down on the beach. Yum-rific!! Tender clams, more of them than chunks of potato, in a super thick, creamy, flavorful chowder. Forgot the sourdough...but still delish. Now that it's raining and cold, wish i had some more... I would say do a taste test on the chowder between the two restaurants, but you will have finished your Brad's before whomever is waiting in line at the other place has gotten a chance to order
