“Nice walk”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 5, 2013

What can I say?? The pier is old but maintained. Some of the planks need replacing but its still nice to walk one. Benches are along the sides. The new part of pier is very nice. Relaxing place to read or watch the waves without getting sandy.

“Nice evening in Pismo”

The Pier is in itself a nice place to be at night. This Pismo Pier has nice boutiques, restaurants, the ambiance is festive.

“Great for People Watching!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2013

We always enjoy walking out the pier. Apparently we are not alone, since many other people were doing the same. Pleasant place to stroll. BTW: It is much cooler over the water, so if you are considering a jacket in town, be sure to take one out on the pier.

“Fun pier fishing for kids”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2013

Great place to rent a pole and try your hand at fishing. The stand on the pier had reasonable prices for rentals and bait. We fished for two hours for about $10.

“Great Views”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 3, 2013

Love Pismo and the relaxing environment around the pier. Unlike Huntington Beach, CA, you will find a quiet environment. It is not over crowded.
